Your background

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Food Technology (or similar)

• Around 5–6 years of QA experience in the food industry – preferably in dairy

Your skills

• Strong in processes and analytics – you see the details and the bigger picture

• Experienced with QMS, audits, risk management, and stakeholder coordination

Your perspective

• You understand both the industrial side and the client’s needs

• You know how to navigate in grey areas and stay focused on the outcome

• You’re able to balance quality and commercial interests effectively

Your communication

• Fluent in English – both spoken and written

• Dutch, Spanish or Chinese? That’s a great bonus

Your availability

• Available for 32 to 40 hours per week

Jij begrijpt risico’s, relaties én resultaat

Je achtergrond

• Een hbo- of wo-diploma in Levensmiddelentechnologie (of iets vergelijkbaars)

• Zo’n 5–6 jaar QA-ervaring in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie – bij voorkeur in zuivel

Je vaardigheden

• Sterk in processen en analyses, je houdt overzicht én ziet verbanden

• Ervaren met kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen, audits, risicobeheer en stakeholdermanagement

Je blik

• Je begrijpt hoe het werkt in de industrie én bij de klant

• Je weet je weg te vinden in grijze gebieden en blijft gericht op het resultaat

• Je overziet het grotere geheel: weet kwaliteit en commerciële belangen goed in balans te brengen

Je communicatie

• Je bent zeer vaardig in Engels – mondeling én schriftelijk
